New death rates are almost 0 and new cases rre Certainly, the Nepal government has removed most of the bothering COVID protocols for tourists, which is good news for both travelers and tourism entrepreneurs.
Quarantine
Quarantine is no more required for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated tourists.
On arrival visa
Visa-on-arrival has been resumed as usual for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated tourists, i.e., as it was before the pandemic, which means that holders of passports of those countries that are eligible for visa-on-arrival will be able to avail themselves that facility.
Travelers who are fully vaccinated should carry a certificate of full does of vaccination against COVID-19 to obtain an arrival visa. No more COVID test is required for fully vaccinated tourists.
For those travelers, who are not being fully vaccinated, or have not completed a full dose of vaccination at least 14 days prior to arriving in Nepal, the COVID-19 test report (RT-PCR, Gene Expert, True NAAT or WHO accredited test) shows negative results done within the last 72 hours of boarding from the first airport or if you are entering through the land border, done within 72 hours of entry.

Both vaccinated and non-vaccinated travelers should bring a printed copy of the online CCMC form (Crisis Management Centre) to be filled by logging in to https://ccmc.gov.np/arms/person_add_en.php
