Welcome to Nepal, transfer to Hotel
Welcome to Kathmandu, the city of temples. Our airport representative will receive you at the airport, transfer you to the hotel and brief you about tomorrow’s activities. If you have any questions, then please ask to a representative. Overnight at hotel.

Kathmandu sightseeing
After breakfast, our city guide will take you to the monuments and places that come under the category of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu. You will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you might see “Kumari”, the living goddess, as well as visit pagoda style temples. After that you will visit Pashupatinath temple, one of the biggest and popular Hindus temples of Nepal, and thousands of devotees visit this temple every day. You might see cremation taking place on the bank of the Bagmati River. From here, you move towards Bouddhanath stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world where over 50 Tibetan Gompas or monasteries are located. Back to the hotel, overnight with bed and breakfast.

Fly to Bhairawa then drive to Lumbini
After breakfast, fly from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa, which is the gateway to Lumbini. From Bhairawa, you head off to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. There, you walk in the Sacred Garden and visit its Ashoka Pillar and the Maya Devi Temple, as well as other temples and monasteries built by different countries.

Morning visit to monastery, pray for world peace {Explore day around Lumbini}
After breakfast, you will visit the remaining part of Lumbini, which is a world heritage site. You will come across the ancient sandstone of Buddha sculpture. Since the early 1980s, many Buddhist countries have made a significant contribution to the infrastructural development of an ancient Lumbini in a dramatic way. Back to the hotel for overnight with bed and breakfast.

Fly back to Kathmandu free day for shopping
After breakfast, our city guide will take you to airport from where you fly to Kathmandu, the city of temples. Transfer to the hotel for refreshment. You can do shopping around Thamel at evening.

Departure to your home
Our airport representative will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the airport in a private car. You will reach the airport before 3 hours of your departure time.
