The tour operator Ganesh was very professional and responsive to our many inquiries during the ten months of our group’s preparation for the trek. Everything stated at the company’s website and in our tour package was delivered as promised, to our satisfaction and expectations. We could really trust Ganesh for planning this important trip from the other side of the world.
Our tour guide Buddhi and his porter crew were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs during the trek. We felt the safety, time, and quality of trip and our health were always in good hands with them, especially in the remote and challenging environment. Buddhi set up good hiking paces and rest rhythms that we didn’t feel exhausted while hiking uphills. All 10 of our teammates made it to EBC and back safely and happily! Considering our teammates’ ages range from 27 to 59, and some of us didn’t have prior experience in multi-day long hikes.
