Glorious Himalaya’s organisation of our trip was excellent and we had a great adventure with many memorable experiences. The highlights were the dawn views atop Kyanjin Ri, reaching Gosaikunda in the snow and a great viewing of a Red Panda. I cannot speak highly enough of our guide Prakash Gurung and his team of four porters. He led in an informed and quiet manner, inspiring us when the going got tough whilst doing his utmost to maximize our comfort and see to our needs at every stop. He has a deep knowledge of the area which he shares readily. The porters are absolute heroes and I don’t know how they make carrying those loads look so easy. Wonderful memories will persist.
