Langtang National Park & Nepal Tourism Board Rules on Langtang Trekking clearly state that you can’t trek solo or independently in the Langtang region of Nepal. This rule applies to domestic Nepalese trekkers as well. The Government of Nepal and the Langtang National Park authority took this decision back in 15th February 2025 with the rule effective from 17th February, 2025.
